I have spoken with Steve from the day I made an enquiry. He has been patient and explained everything in detail. I love it when Im given all information first time and left to decide

We made a preliminary visit ahead of knowing our move date. Everything was explained in a professional and courteous manner. We were shown storage room sizes and our needs taken care of. Excellent customer service and communication. The staff were very accommodating,helpful and sensitive to our requirements and needs.

Steve was friendly, answered all our questions clearly , was supportive and professional and very approachable , gave us clear instructions on how to access the building ,and walked us through using the lift and accessing our unit .
