Booking was explained well, the most economical space was suggested for me. When I went to get the padlock etc, I was welcomed, again everything was explained and it was a quick and simple process.

The online booking system was easy to use, along with the check in service. The staff have been helpful, informative, knowledgeable and incredibly friendly so far. The unit we have is a good size and reasonably priced, whilst the building as a whole is well kept, clean and tidy.

Friendly explain everything cleay

Polite and helpful staff who were very welcoming and knowledgable. It was easy to store all our furniture once the process has been explained.
