A last minute decision to store items. Elaine took care of everything very quickly. She was most helpful and explained everything very clearly - even though I put her pressure to act fast. Most grateful to Elaine.

Lin handled my initial enquiries and was very efficient and professional. She explained the process thoroughly and was very helpful. Elaine was on duty when I checked in and moved in. She was very efficient and professional and explained the process very clearly and was very patient with my questions. Overall a very good experience.

The team explained the process really clearly - they were supportive at every step. I felt completely confident with my move to the facility, was warmly welcomed and professionally shown the options. I highly recommend Armadillo - a perfect combination of excellent, helpful staff and a brilliant, safe storage facility that they are justifiably proud of - an asset to the city!

Armadillo is extremely busy at the moment but Jon went out of his way to secure me a storage unit that was absolutely perfect for our belongs whilst we renovate our new house. We had found storage elsewhere that would of been in separate containers and would of been very tight to get into but he really did pull out all the stops, called me back and got me a fantastic deal too. Elaine made the booking in process very straight forward and easy - both were so friendly and made me feel very welcome. What a fantastic team - even from my first phone calls with Elaine I have felt like a valued customer. Would definitely recommend.
