From the day I started to enquiry about the storage until I moved in everything was easy and the customer service was excellent.

Elaine on reception left me a voicemail after my initial enquiry. Her message was by far the most professional of all the self-storage companies I tried in Plymouth. When one other company admitted their lift was broken, it was Elaine's professional style that brought me back to Armadillo.

Yeah initially Ok. Lin and Elaine were very helpful despite the difficulty of me not being there, but we got sorted in the end.

Jon and Lynn in the Plymouth facility were incredibly helpful, liaising with the removals company (Wisemove) to facilitate the transfer of items from another storage facility. When it became apparent, at very short notice, that the unit we had reserved would be too small they made all the arrangements for another larger unit be used.
