Really easy, Lynn was very helpful and friendly, couldn't have done more. Jon also was very pleasant and helpful, especially with size of unit. All the staff at Plymouth are a credit to the company.

Excellent service

The booking and checking in was quite easy. Once I got there, moving into the storage space was very easy and went smoothly.

All the staff Lin, Elaine and Jon are especially efficient, kind and helpful. The whole process down to the carrier recommended by Lin were excellent. All my furniture is being well looked after in storage. Thank You.

Everything was pain free and well handled. I initially was only looking about however once I had semi committed the staff did everything they could to help. Upon arriving to the storage facility moving in was easy and stress free with everything being explained every step of the way.
