I've never used storage facilities before and was unsure of the process. From beginning to end the whole process was made stress free. Any queries I had were easily explained by the very helpful colleagues at Plymouth Armadillo.

I was given clear instructions and support over the phone when booking, particularly when I had issues with online check in. I was met and greeted professionally and also put at ease with regard to social distancing and finding my way around.
