Great team, wonderful service!

We came to the storage unit today to get some things. We met Mo and Wah on site. They were very friendly, helpful and gracious. They assisted us and are an asset to the company.

The whole store is amazing. The team is amazing. Waqar, Mo and Leon are superb. Love their energy and their support

I wanted to hire a storage unit and was seen by a young gentleman named Leon who explained everything to me and his energy I just took to and helped me to source a storage unit. Great customer service and would highly recommend this big yellow.

Big shoutout to the team at Big Yellow Self Storage in Queensbury — the service was top tier. Mo especially went above and beyond. He helped me put together the box properly and made sure I picked the right bubble wrap for what I needed. Proper helpful, patient, and just good energy all round.
