We had an excellent experience with Big Yellow Storage Company, and that is largely thanks to Chanel. From the very beginning, Chanel was incredibly helpful and professional. She took the time to show us the different storage units available as well as the office spaces, making sure we fully understood our options. Unlike others, she clearly explained the pricing structure and broke everything down in a way that was simple and easy to understand, with no confusion at all. On the day we moved in, we experienced issues with the company’s app, which was understandably stressful as we were in the middle of moving homes. Even though the problem wasn’t her fault, Chanel completely understood our frustration. She went above and beyond by staying after her shift had finished to help us resolve everything. Her patience, empathy, and dedication made a huge difference during what could have been a very overwhelming day. Chanel truly exceeded expectations with her customer service, professionalism, and genuine care. She is a real asset to Big Yellow Storage, and we are very grateful for her support.

Came to visit Big Yellow for the first time and met with staff Chanel, Monday Leon. Fantastic staff and catered for my needs and helped me to decide on what size storage to have. I was impressed on the size of building and safety. Will be definitely transferring my stuff from another storage company to the Big Yellow. They have a keyworkers discount which was a help and looking forward to complete my moving.
