A totally faultless - great experience with Big Yellow Self Storage in Richmond. Paul (who served us) and the team were professional, understanding of our needs and went above and beyond in helping us secure a storage unit rapidly. The initial one we had picked was too small, however Paul efficiently found a solution with a great sense of humour along the way. Would highly recommend!
