Never in my life did I think getting storage would feel this comfortable: this was my first time getting a unit so we could hold onto our stuff whilst we were moving. The anxiety over finding somewhere you know your things will be kept with dignity and safety was dealt with swiftly after getting things sorted. I’m not made of money, but the employee’s of the Richmond branch most certainly didn’t make me feel bad about it: they found me the best size for the best price and showed me all of the safety features in place to protect our stuff. Shout out to the team, I was able to call them to get temporary extended access twice during our contract to help with getting things moved swiftly and cheaply. I will most certainly be getting storage through these guys in the future if I need it!

Paul and Rebecca were incredibly helpful, they helped us choose boxes that suited our needs but also were able to make recommendations for movers and making sure we had all the right options for what we needed! Absolutely recommend using the team, great value for money as well!

Mia was great and really friendly and helpful

The entire experience with Big Yellow Storage was fantastic, Mia was brilliant and made the entire process so quick and easy! This was a very last minute decision for us as we found out that we needed to move out late Friday but Mia’s help and guidance made it completely stress free and within a very short space of time we were prepped and ready to go for the next day for a great deal! A massive thanks to Mia and the entire team at the Big Yellow Storage Richmond for all their help, I highly recommend using this site!
