Michael was incredibly helpful today and helped make moving units very straightforward. All the staff have been really great since I started using the storage units here. It’s really easy to set up out of hours access and the staff do a great job of explaining the procedures. I’d definitely recommend this branch!

Fantastic customer service from Big Yellow Richmond (Victoria Villas). This store has always impressed us with its excellent level of customer service. We needed somewhere safe, secure and local to our offices to store our work library and files, so it's a perfect location for us. Over the years, the staff have always been professional, efficient and quick to respond to our needs. They are polite and friendly, and easy to approach. All these trends continue with the current team, especially the store manager Michael and Paul. The store is very clean, well maintained, and well lit. The staff are very security minded and this is evident in the feeling of personal safety and that unit contents are safe and secure. Good to see that the lift always works, and the loo is clean. Well done! Very highly recommended.

Just started using a 25sqft unit at the Richmond store to declutter the house (something I should have done years ago - the improvement to our day to day living is considerably improved). Michael was incredibly proactive in setting things up for me aswell as giving me a very competitive monthly price and was ruthlessly efficient getting things sorted - I was using the unit by the afternoon after first speaking lunchtime. So easy to drive in and use the unit with great service from the Richmond team - highly recommended!
