Paul Vickery was polite patient and very helpful

Relatively easy but the on line booking would not let me move on for certain stages so ended up phoning ( Patrick head office) and then visiting where Paul ( Gallows Corner ) completed the booking. I visited initially and Jag was very helpful

My initial on line Enquiry was followed up by a pleasant telephone call from Jag. Then when I started the process I work with Jag again and he made the process very simple and very pleasant. When I moved my furniture into storage, he greeted me by name, was very helpful, very supportive and I cannot recommend him or his conduct higher. He is an absolute credit to your firm.

I looked at several storage companies and was most impressed with the customer service of Big Yellow Romford, in particular with Paul from the sales team. He went our of his way to accommodate me and not only price matched but beat prices offered by competitors even when they dropped theirs to gain my business. The process was painless and online check in was straight forward
