Very easy, very friendly staff, couldn’t be more helpful

Very happy, my initial query was dealt with by Ross over the telephone, we agreed a deal which fitted my requirements. Completing my move and signing all the paperwork was very efficient and Venelina, who dealt with me, explained everything, showed my round and dealt with the process very efficiently.

Sam was helpful in finding me a room closer to the airport lifts.

Everything has been brilliant and staff Vennie and Mike were wonderful with our reservation and check in.

My first time of using a storage facility. However, the guys at the depot explained the procedures and requirements in a very clear manner and were extremely helpful.

My initial query was handled very well by Debbie. She explained the process very clearly and I booked a storage unit to hold the contents of my house for a week until my new house was ready to move into . I had never used a storage unit before and was pleased with the ease of booking over the phone.

Really good service from both guys. Made us laugh and made a cup of tea. Good job really happy from the service from the romford branch as the ilford/gants hill service was very disappointing. We dealt with Ross and another guy cant remember his name but he knows who he is. Thanks for the tea :)
