The staff were very good and professional

Good explanation of storage space and prices and any other questions. Shown how to use entry code and to check out. Taken to storage space and given padlock and key and given name in case we have any queries. Altogether very informative and friendly.

The initial contact was made by my wife so I cannot comment but she was happy with the telephone converstion and this convinced her to use Big Yellow. My introduction was when we signed up to using the storage and the manager, Mike, was extremely helpful and gave us a thorough explanation of all processes and showed us the storage area. The booking was made with ease and free of fuss.
