Smooth simple and very professional staff. Quick and easy to check in online and the price was very reasonable .

The guy who helped us at the reception was very efficient and explained all we needed to know. Checked the storage space to make sure there wasn't any posts in the middle etc.

From the initial contact to finalising the arrangements for using space in the storage centre the staff were exceedingly helpful. I had not used the service before so this was invaluable.

I have been blown away by the amazing customer service from start (the customer services lady - sorry I don't know her name!) to finish. Everyone I have dealt with has been fantastic, very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing has been too much trouble. At what has been a very stressful time moving at short notice, this has been the blessing amidst the storm! Thank you to Mike Fitzgerald and his team.
