Thank you for inviting me to the survey. I had the opportunity to be assisted by Carolina and Ricky at Big Yellow Self Storage at 197 Lower Richmond Road , TW9 4LN, and the attention was very personalized and the information was very accurate. When I went to do my self storage, I didn't have any problems, as they explained, not only the facilities inside and the cleanliness and order of the place is impeccable.

Customer Service was first rate. The facility is clean, well lit, easy to navigate and well maintained. The music is a nice touch to. The car park is also right next to the loading bay which makes it easy to use.

Person who worked with us (Leon) was extremely professional and didn't try to sell us what we didn't want. He explained options very clearly.
