The entire process from start to finish was easy. I spoke to someone at Richmond who talked me through the space I needed and indicated that although it was not available at that branch, he could see that it was in Sheen and put me in touch with them. The Sheen branch were extremely efficient and the booking and check in processes were simple and effective. Everyone I dealt with from Big Yellow (4 different people to date) have been helpful and efficient.
