I mistakenly booked online into Richmond branch, and the staff at Sheen helped to change my booking to Sheen without any problem.

Booking was easy, prices were clear.

Tristan, Teodora and Hannah (Sheen) gave me amazing support with quotes, practicalities etc. Not easy to have to move things to storage during Covid19 but the team did everything they could to make it as easy as possible! They even recommended a trustworthy company that could help me to move everything!

I've previously used this facility and came back because I had a new requirement. As always, my phone query was handled extremely well. I conducted my onlince check-in using the user-friendly online portal. A day or two before my move Tristan called to make sure everything was on plan. Teodora showed me the unit and also helped me on the day of my move. I have found Teodora and Tristan's service faultless and have nothing but praise for their service.

Hannah and Harry could not have been more helpful and welcoming. From demonstrating the available units to completing the paperwork, all went like clockwork.

Teo and Tris were both incredibly helpful - if only all customer service was like theirs.
