Friendly efficient staff.

Because the facilities are good . The staff are helpful especially Nick who showed around the facility and set my account up.

Everything was so easy! The people that I spoke to on the phone were very helpful and the young man called Nick that greeted me when I first arrived was really friendly and professional.

Nick was very efficient and his customer service was brilliant! Nothing was too much trouble and he was very helpful

Nick was really friendly and helpful, he explained everything very well and answered all our questions. He made sure we knew about available discounts on packing materials and that any unused could be returned.

I was looked after by Nick Illingworth who considerately and professionally dealt with all my needs I run my own business and think that he is a credit to your company I have previously used your Fulham branch with satisfaction and also had help from another Manager Dion Marshall who also was very helpful Regards JimGannon

The end to end process, including online registration and check in is easy and the service upon arrival at the depot was very professional.

Only 1 person on Sunday so had to wait quite a bit cos Nick was busy.
