Good service and explanations from staff and good space

I gave 8/10 on how satisfied I was with my overall experience because it was perfect except that I didn't know that there was an insurance to pay extra to the quote I had been given. I thought the insurance was included in the quote. So my storage is going to cost me more than expected.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The process of booking the storage online (with useful room size comparators) and checking in at the facility was very simple and straightforward. My only pieces of constructive feedback were firstly that you are asked to complete an inventory for insurance purposes whilst sat in the reception area which is hard to do from memory. Secondly, I needed storage for just over 4 weeks but was being asked to pay for 8 weeks upfront, although you get a pro rata refund for any weeks that you don't stay it is a large upfront cost, especially if you already know that you don't require that length of time. It was only when I enquired about alternative options that I was told I could pay for 4 weeks and then the additional days could be deducted from my deposit.

Very good service - from start to finish all of the staff (call centre and in store) were very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Made something that could be a nightmare, become a seamlesss operation.

Store manager, Nick at Sheen was so supportive and helpful during my check in and since. Very efficient and nothing was too much trouble. A huge thank you to him. I would recommend 100%.

It was very easy and straightforward to book and check in online, the price is very reasonable and it was a very quick and easy process to store our stuff. We ended up needing to bring our stuff in a day early and the staff were really helpful with that.
