Insurance that you offer is only valid if I can prove negligence on your part. Lack of clarity on who big yellow will share my (and emergency contact) personal data with. On the plus side, the staff member was very professional and polite.

Very helpful people on the front desk. Clean and secure premises, particularly the lock up store we rented. Good access for large lorry. Boxes and packaging too expensive so we bought them elsewhere.
