Checking in online was very straightforward and and that made things a lot speedier. Nick was extremely helpful and made sure I was explained everything and that I was comfortable with the whole experience.

My query was dealt with in a prompt, polite, efficient and responsive manner.

Nick illingworth who dealt with me was extremely helpful and certainly provided a good customer service. He did not mind at all when I kept changing my mind . Would recommend to my friends to go that particular store at Sheen.

Katie, who I dealt with in the lower Richmond road office, was superb. Very informative & offered me a deal that met my needs.
