I was greeted by Cathy and Tristan, and they were very nice and efficient. They explained the process well, and apart from the insurance(tax) everything was fine.

The staff in the Sheen office have helped me through the whole process, first with the packing material, then recommending the removal company (Atlas) which was excellent and then the whole checking in process, this was early in the morning and they offered me a cup of coffee which was very much appreciated.
