All seems to work very smoothly, and the security looks excellent. Add that to helpful reception, and it takes a bit of beating. All it needs is a safer exit towards London!
The staff were friendly and helpful. Not too pushy about their products but informative and practical. The storage was just adequate for my requirements. Near to where I live. Timing on Sunday limited which is a problem for people working.

I was very impressed with the service and set up at the Big Yellow in East Sheen. The staff were really helpful and the whole place was very well organised and easy to use.
Every aspect of the experience so far has been excellent - staff have been helpful rather than pushy, the induction was very thorough and professional, and accessing the storage has been a breeze - easy parking and a very straightforward entry/exit system that even I can't mess up. The only downside I've found is that store is so clinically clean and tidy that I almost dread going home afterwards.....

Having never used storage befor, I as delighted to find how flexible Yellow storage was for my needs. It is convenient, good value and the staff were very friendly. I feel safe that my possessions are stored there. My only point is the rooms could benefit from a light (automatic when doors open perhaps?)
