We received excellent service from the staff at all times. They are very helpful and cooperative.

Big Yellow Sheen have been a joy to deal with from start to finish. The staff have been helpful, professional and polite every time I have had to phone, email or meet them in person. If the whole company is like this I cannot think why you would use anybody else for self storage!

I just relocated to London and space is very expensive here. As my apartment does not have a basement and I just way too much stuff (which do not want to loose) I decided to rent space here. It is nice, clean, super friendly and compentent staff - but the London curse - I could rent an apartment in Germany for the same price. Anyhow I think it is super!

Good location on A316 and convenient to anywhere in West London- the cleanliness of the individual as well as communal spaces was great- and welcoming for anyone using Big Yellow for the first time- the storage rates are reasonable and everything was clearly explained to me upon arrival to check-in. The only thing I would change is access out-of-hours as the hours are quite limiting for people working all day! Well done with your staff selection Ben!

Alfie was excellent and we were absolutely impressed with all the service he provided. He was professional, helpful and very efficient on every visit he was there. However on another occasion we couldn't get any service to buy 10 boxes with another staff member and had to leave after waiting 15 minutes with no acknowledgement. We then went to a competitor to purchase the boxes. This was both disappointing and frustrating.

Helpful and friendly staff helped me get the best deal and I felt like I got a personal service with helpful emails and a follow-up call following my request for a quote. Very flexible with the ability to change space options on the day of check-in and only paying for the time you use.

All seems to work very smoothly, and the security looks excellent. Add that to helpful reception, and it takes a bit of beating. All it needs is a safer exit towards London!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Not too pushy about their products but informative and practical. The storage was just adequate for my requirements. Near to where I live. Timing on Sunday limited which is a problem for people working.

Excellent facility- safe and secure. The person who helped me in store (Alfie) was very helpful and efficient.

Like it here, everybody very helpful - clearly well trained. Opening hours a little restrictive.
