I was impressed by the service, but slightly depressed by the amount of paperwork and bureaucracy involved. Does it have to be so complicated ?

Owing to a change in personal circumstances, I needed to find somewhere convenient to store personal items such as books, pictures and some furniture. Knowing that I would be committed a reasonable time for storage, Big Yellow offered the best deal. I was doubly pleased to find how efficient and thorough the staff were when I checked in. The space itself couldn't have been cleaner, drier or better suited to storage. Now that I ahve most of my things in storage, I'm very pleased with the experience of Going Into Space.

I found the staff at your Mortlake facility to be hugely helpful and friendly - made the process very easy and straightforward.

Very helpful and happy staff with a good attitude - even made me a cup of tea when checking in! Clean and secure facilities and good car parking available.

I had more than enough information and felt completely at ease with storing my belongings with Big Yellow. I will have no hesitation in using them again! Fantastic service, space and ease of use.
