Pleasant and efficient. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.

My first time using self-storage and although there may have been too much enthusiam when i initially made my enquiries (phone calls etc), when i finally decided to use them i was so impressed by the help and professionalism and friendliness of the staff; they should be commended!

Easy to use and staff very efficient - would definitely use again.

My second time at this Big Yellow. As before the check in service was great and friendly. I gave a lower score for value for money because this storage is expensive if you do not make use of introductory offers.

I was very pleased and will use BIG YELLOW again. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. BIG YELLOW gives you a peace of mind.

The staff were very slow in booking me in and, cars were coming in and out of the parking area and had access very easily that worried me.

I would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to both Habz and Teodora for making my experience with Big Yellow Storage in Sheen such an easy, quick, reliable, cost effective and wonderful experience. From start to finish and beyond they have been so amazing, Habz initially quoted me and was very helpful every time I called, as well as when I went into the shop to take a look at the storage facilities, thank you Habz! Teodora was just wonderful too when it came to my actual booking and day of moving everything in Thank you team sheen, I will most definitely be recommending to you to everybody I know who is looking for storage!

A message was left on my phone to welcome me to the Big Yellow Box and that they looked forward to seeing me the next day when I checked in. There is quite a lot of necessary paperwork to go through and I have a very short attention span these days. Theodora was very patient, guiding and had a sense of humour. She got us through it all with a minimum of fuss. She also was very clear and precise regarding the rules and regulations, discussing and showing how to use systems and took me to where the unit was located to ensure I was happy with the location. Parking for clients is good and the whole storage area is immaculate. (I will take dustpan and broom with me in future to make sure I leave no mess!) I am very happy to be using this facility and what it has to offer.
