The facility is impeccably clean and well organised with every detail thought out from a user point of view. It feels very safe and the staff could not be more helpful.

We where made to feel .welcome andwas not pressured into renting a storage unit .The staff was very professional at all times.

Made me feel very welcome, staff made me a hot drink and a glass of water. I’d had a busy, traumatic morning getting my belongings back from my ex. The lady at the reception was really nice and helpful. Showed me the whole process and staff on hand if you needed any other assistance

Speed up the admin when we first do in.

So kind the last months with my elderly parents. When I switched account to my name, handled efficiently. Very pleased with the room and the experience. Also great at itemising my invetory and sorting insurance. Very happy.
