Communicate and keep in touch

I was met by a member of staff who knew immediately who I was. She was patient with me when I didn't have enough money on the debit card and asked if I needed any help.

Excellent introduction from reception and all staff through on-boarding

Alot easier than I expected. Apart from during my initial enquiry when the man I spoke to, although extremely helpful, was speaking so quietly I could hardly hear even though I asked him to speak up he didn't. Not good.
