The agent Trina was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. Made the whole experience very pleasant and explained everything very plainly, answering all our questions to our satisfaction. She also gave very good advise about packing. I visited with my son and we both felt very well looked after.

Handy location, helpful staff (Mel), good security, easy access.

The only thing I was a little unhappy about was not being told in advance that i was being charged for the padlock. Otherwise excellent, attentive level of customer-service :-)

Only one member of staff to book us and two other people in. She was excellent but it meant we had to wait some time. There needs to be more than one member of staff on especially when we are shown to our storage room.
