Easy to sign up, good customer service, reasonable prices

Staff at the store were brilliant. Nothing too much trouble. Flat access, mostly plenty of trolleys. Only problem was different advice over phone re id, but when I couldn't make my booked in slot because of motorway problems, there was good communication.

no problems, although I was expecting a light in the room.

The units are presented to a high standard with an eye for detail. Sarah took the time to explain all the procedure. I left with full confidence. Interacted with Sarah Frazer.
