Fantastic, very helpful to me as a student.

It was quick and efficient but not rushed. Everything was layed out clearly and labeled properly so I didn't get lost. All the staff were friendly and understanding.

Very please with the overall experience and how clean and tidy the store is.

I have used Big Yellow several times now, as a customer and helping someone who was a customer. I have been impressed with the speed, efficiency and quality of the premises. The environment in the storage is potentially threatening, yet because of the light, airy, well lit space (and the music, even if it is occasionally awful!!!) it actually feels very comfortable and safe. The whole set up at Big Yellow is very good, from the design and layout of the premises, the on-line experience, the customer processing and support are just about perfect.

One word - excellent
