Great staff, who provided lots of useful information over the phone first and were then polite, friendly, clear and helpful on check in. The environment is clean and well organised, with plenty of trolleys and a straightforward but secure system to check in and out. Not the cheapest provider but you tend to get what you pay for. It is reasonable value for money, certainly for a few weeks' storage. Plenty of supplies available - at a cost - for those without bags, boxes, padlocks etc. So far, a good first experience of self-storage, thanks Big Yellow.

Glyn set us up with a storage room in an emergency situation with short notice. Incredibly polite and helpful, explained everything quickly and simply, and the next day when we needed quick access around closing time he was able to cater for us with no problem. A real asset to the store.

Just wanted to add a special note for the staff in store when we went to check in and out. They were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Great customer service.

Great service received, easy to use and security seems good. Good option to use for storing student's belongings inbetween accomodation transfers. Cheaper than hiring a van if you live far away and do not have find storage at home.

superb level of customer service: polite, friendly staff who explained and demonstrated procedures clearly and simply and answered questions willingly. In addition the premises are easily accessible and very clean. A very professional set-up.

I was impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Place is very clean and new. Traffic makes it slightly difficult to gain access from the South. I was surprised by the amount of paperwork required but I suppose it cannot be avoided. Very happy overall.

As a first-time user of self-storage I didn't know what to expect. Facilities clean and professional. Staff very helpful and reassuring when I got back to London and was concerned about the contents of my house not fitting into the room booked.
