THE UNIT IS EXACTLY THE RIGHT SIZE, CLEAN AND TIDY THROUGHOUT THE BUILDING. THE STAFF ARE WELL GROOMED AND HELPFUL. OVERALL A FIST CLASS SERVICE WITH MATCHING STAFF.
We are using the service whilst moving house. The staff have been great. Taking advantage of 8 wks at half price represents great value for money, but I feel the full price offers much poorer value and we would therefore hope to keep our storage time as short as practical.
I was particularly impressed with the can-do attitude of staff and the uncomplicated administrative procedures which assured me that my things would be save but at the same time did not require any lengthy process or form filling. Simple, easy, convenient. Thank you! What a great concept!
Everything spotlessly clean, very friendly, helpful staff. No high pressure sales when I visited to enquire and look around. Well organised business. does what it says.
It would be more convenient to have longer evening opening hours. Unless I pay extra to have extended access, I cannot reach Big Yellow Storage before 6pm once I finish work in the evenings.
The attidude and helpfulness of the staff was excellent, they went out of their way to be helpful and knew their stuff.
We have never used a storage facility before but used the Big Yellow Storage Company when we moved out of our house and were in between houses for a couple of weeks. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly and booking was simple. Would definitely recommend.
Remarkably easy process throughout, from the initial quote, through to the sign-up process and the subsequent use of the unit. Difficult to see how it could have been made any less complicated. The attitude and approach of the staff were exemplary.
It is the 1st time I have used big yellow and I must say I was extremely surprised. The depot at queens road sheffield is very clean and the easiness of taking items from the car to the storage locker is excellent and aided by the provision of the trollies at the loading door. The sign in process is made very easy due to the quality of staff at the depot. If all the depots are as good as the one at sheffield then the company deserves to succeed.
I have recently changed to a different room size on what is likely to be a temporary basis. The staff, were totally committed to making sure I got what I needed and wanted. No hard sell and clearly knowledgeable of their product. The manager suggested I view different rooms of the same size, to decide on which was best for me and the whole process was smooth and totally unstressful.
