Ben, the Customer Rep has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and experienced in the field of storage and security. His advice was spot on. He didn't mind spending time after his shift has finished to allow me to store my things and memories and I could see it didn't cross his mind to rush me as he fully appreciated the difficult situation I was in.
