Very flexible, could choose size of space on the day, could also start using it straight away without advance booking, for as long as I need. Moving in was also very easy, with friendly, helpful staff.

Everything went extremely well - from being able to search for the location near me, to the user-friendly website (info where I needed it, easy to navigate), recommending a great moving company (Hero Man & Van), being able to order packing supplies and lock (SO convenient!), pro-active email and phone communications, and ultimately the amazing customer service (Ben), which I'll talk more about later in the survey.

Everything is clear and easy to follow/understand. All staff are helpful
