Happy with most aspects. Disappointed that I had to pay £13 for a new padlock because my existing lock was deemed unsuitable. I thought £13 was a bit expensive.

Really friendly staff, went earlier on in the week to reserve a room , was explained everything in detail and left feeling pleased with the price I got and the storage size. Did the online check in prior to arrival which made the process even quicker.

Staff member (Tori) was very helpful explaining everything clearly. Had to feel for the staff as they were dealing with a broken lift and a very slow computer system during a busy Sunday morning, but they coped admirably and never stop

Great Customer Service and great price. Service Assistant Tom was brilliant at sorting out my request and ensuring I got what I needed from my request.

The staff on the phone and in person were brilliant. Phone got answered straight away. Very polite staff. When I got to the Hillsborough site the guy that served me there was very friendly and helpful (I've never used a storage facility before). He took me round and explained how everything works. Clean site. Good prices. I was very impressed.
