The people I saw were friendly and listened to what I had to say about size and cost of storage and came up with a perfect solution at the right price They were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble Can't fault them

Easy to book online with guidance for storage sizes. Online check in process simple. In store, Ed showed us alternatives and suggested we only needed 75sq ft rather than 100. Helped save us 20 quid!
Happy with most aspects. Disappointed that I had to pay £13 for a new padlock because my existing lock was deemed unsuitable. I thought £13 was a bit expensive.
Really friendly staff, went earlier on in the week to reserve a room , was explained everything in detail and left feeling pleased with the price I got and the storage size. Did the online check in prior to arrival which made the process even quicker.
Staff member (Tori) was very helpful explaining everything clearly. Had to feel for the staff as they were dealing with a broken lift and a very slow computer system during a busy Sunday morning, but they coped admirably and never stop
