The staff at Big Yellow in Hillsborough were very helpful, friendly and professional. I dealt mostly with Ed, went out of his way to make the experience as easy as possible. Also Jack and Sam were very helpful indeed. Jack also makes a pretty good cup of tea!

I believe some times individual may need assistance to lift bigger or cumbersome items where although it may not be heavy it may be awkward. There should be someone to assist.
