Very simple process to book in and move into the storage unit, nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff

I don't think its made 100% clear that the first 8 weeks have to be paid up front. I wasn't aware of this at point of reservation (all it says is that you have to put 1 weeks deposit down) but luckily I was able to pay it. I also wasnt asked about insurance at the beginning meaning the amount had to be recalculated that took time as they just assumed I wanted your insurance. I also wasn't told on the phone that you would price match insurance, meaning I had to mess about cancelling insurance i'd already purchased.

I booked online and quickly received a call from Ben asking me if I needed any support and went through what I needed when I arrived. Very friendly and professional. On the day it was quick and easy. Lovely girl booked me in and took me to show me the unit. Overall very pleased with the experience.

The one thing I would mention is that the insurance fees are not made clear and upfront. I wasn't expecting an insurance fee. It might be in the documentation but it needs to standout or possibly relayed on the initial forms. This could put a lot of people off.

Very prompt response to my enquiry and everything was explained as well as answering all of the questions I had. I had to change the date at one point, and that was handled very effectively too.
