Service was excellent from quote stage to actually moving in and I could not fault it. I was contacted throughout the preparation period to ensure that I was aware of what would be happening, how it would work and what I would need. At no stage did this feel intrusive, just helpful. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff when we arrived at the storage facility (Sophie and Ben). We felt like our custom was valued and nothing was too much bother. We were shown around the storage facility and to our actual room. Everything was explained really well and when I messed up with my personal code I wasn't made to feel like the idiot that I was! Could quite happily have spent much longer at the facility with Sophie and Ben as they made our first step into using storage a really pleasant and pain-free experience.

Have never used storage before the lady showed us different sized units, explained all the details clearly and even made me a coffee whilst we sorted all the paperwork out. Couldn't have been any better.
