everything was fine until I was told that I had to produce my passport to be able to drop my belongings off, so I had to leave with a full van. If you are looking to improve your service it would make sense to tailor it like a small company would, they would let the person drop their things off then take their details and give them a few days to complete the formalities.
Just wanted to say a huge thanks to you for the help on Saturday evening. We needed to change the room as we realised that we could not fit all our stuff in the room we had booked. This was delt with professionally and with little fuss, even though it was getting late on Saturday. So thanks for this. Ben

Very good service. I was particularly impressed by the professional attitude of Richard and Nicky at the front desk. I was helped at every level, pre-sale, confirmation of exact measurement of store-room (this was important for me), explanation of costs (nothing was hidden and nor were there any surprises), and the after sales help and friendllness was excellent.
The excellent customer care started from the initial enquiry right through to assisting in helping to find the space to place the largest and heavest item within the storeroom being used to accommodate the entire contents of a detached 3 bedroom house and a large conservatory. 1st class
I have unfortunately found myself in a situation where I need to store my household contents in one of their storage facilities. Value for money was of the utmost importance to me, and I cannot of found a more understanding company than Armadillo, cost is more than except able and definately value for money. The store manager Richard was very helpful and very understanding. Would I recommend then, Absoulutely without a shadow of doubt. I feel very at ease knowing my belongings are in a safe & secure location.

The storage facility was easy to park up at and unload our stuff. the premises had ample barrows and other pieces of kit to help getting our stuff from the ground floor up to the third floor where our stuff is being stored. The lift was nice and big so we could get at least two big barrows per run up in the lift. All in all piece of cake!
The staff at Sheffield Parkway Armadillo were very friendly and extremly helpful guiding me through the registering process. Great layout and very easy access. I wasnt all that keen on having to pay to store my stuff but the team here made it more bearable - the value for money is good - especially with the first 8 week discount and excellent offers on boxes. As a first time user of storage i found the staff helpfull from the start they replyed to my request very quick and answered all my queries about how much space and insurence i would need, When i went to book in the staff were very friendly and made sure i had all the information i needed i would recomend them to others
