I phoned up to inquire about a locker and was impressed about the set up and discount I went the same day to hire a locker

It has been a fairly easy process, if I was unsure at all about any of the processes, I called and Richard or Tim were more than helpful. I am still in the process of moving stuff into the storage facility. I was also guided about what I could store and making details of what I was storing and the cost of it for insurance purposes.

Very pleasant, Tim was very friendly and made our move in a smooth transition. The store/ storage units were very clean and tidy, with the lift making it easy to get to our locker. Good advice on padlocks and insurance was given.

The staff were brilliant and the storage facility was easy to use. Security is brilliant and it gives you the piece of mind your stuff is very safe.

everything was fine until I was told that I had to produce my passport to be able to drop my belongings off, so I had to leave with a full van. If you are looking to improve your service it would make sense to tailor it like a small company would, they would let the person drop their things off then take their details and give them a few days to complete the formalities.
