Jenny was my assistant who handled all my process of moving in explaining the the overall terms and conditions,and also letting me view certain size units give me an understanding on room space.which l found very helpful. during this process which l can understand took some time about 30 - 40 mins l was offered a mug of coffee. From my initial enquiry through to the move into the storage space the store team were both professional and pleasant. Taking time to explain the rental process, related documentation and information required, the layout of the store and how to entre the store and move property into the storage room.

This was my very first time using Armadillo. Daniel, Stacey and Liam were absolutely fantastic. I was extremely impressed with all of their customer service. They could not have helped me more, moving is hard enough but these guys made me feel so welcome and made the whole process from start to finish completely stress free. They offered my friends and I free drinks, showed us around the complex making sure I had all the right information I need to access the storage unit. They were all genuine, very friendly, and smiled which really made me feel welcomed. All three were amazing and all three have exceptional customer service skills. I was more than happy with the price of my storage units. I honestly feel very much at ease knowing that my furniture is in safe hands, and I will highly recommend Armadillo to any of my friends.
