Friendly staff, answered all questions, tried to help whenever needed

Had a lovely experience with the help of both guys called Daniel who work at this storage place. We had complications getting to Sheffield and although we arrived late they waited for us to get there, helped us move our stuff, made us tea and coffee, made sure we had a storage room on the ground floor that we could easily get to and were a pleasure to talk to. They made everything very easy and stress free. Couldn't be happier with the service they provided.

The team of Caitlin, Daniel & Liam gave a friendly greeting when I walked in. Caitlin dealt with my enquiry and subsequent paperwork efficiently and was good at communicating the details of the contract. She offered coffee and Daniel went off to make me one. Much appreciated after a night shift, It was easy to ask questions and I did not feel pushed into any extra sales.

i didn't need to go anywhere else to get anything related to my moving out! Staff were very friendly both times I've been to Armadillo. moving my stuff in yesterday was as smooth and easy as it gets!

Diligent worker attended to me in a great manner even when it was past 6 and was calm throughout when I had issues with my card then my payment went through because of his brilliant suggestion

Customer service was great Tori explained everything to me well and she was also patient with my decisions. They contacted me almost every day and told me the step by steps as well as giving me extra information.

The staff were very friendly. I was able to have secure storage at short notice and being able to buy things such as boxes was helpful, the staff were also helpful by allowing me to stay late to finish packing.
