The two people who served me (Caitlin and Daniel Green) where very helpful and friendly and got everything done efficiently, making it very easy to move my items.
On 26th October, the removal firm on arriving were able to start unloading my furniture, before I returned to Sheffield. Most of the items had been transferred when I eventually arrived at 16:00.
