Your staff are first class. They could not be more efficient or helpful and I am always very impressed by them. Caitlin did her very best to get the best deal and right spaces for me and Tori booked me in and made sure all my info was exactly right.
All the staff I have spoken to have been very helpful and friendly. My needs were more complicated then average as I needed to apply for a premises license for the unit and Armadillo staff were very supportive.
The price is reasonable. The service are flexible and alternatives are available. Moreover, the service provided by the staff (Sam and Tori) were extremely helpful. They have provided a well explanation regarding the contracts, insurance and services. They are friendly, informative and easy to deal with.
Pleasant staff, good facilities, extras (e.g. various box packages) were useful if a little expensive. This coupled with the insurance costs stopped me from scoring a 10.
I had issues with the sale of my house and the dates kept getting pushed back. Sam was always helpful and understanding. The lady helped me a lot while storing, allowing me an extra 10 minutes after closing which was a real help.

The man who dealt with me & my friend, was very kind, helpful and also patient as we had to call my other friend who helped pack up the stuff to try and recall any bits I may have forgotten to mention. Sam was a great person to work with.
