The team at West Bar are very friendly and helpful. I get rapid responses to my emails, they are happy to be flexible and are very customer-centred.

The service that Tori gave was excellent. She really made things easy and made sure I was comfortable.

Armadillo was easy to use and the staff were incredibly helpful if I didn't understand something. The check in online was easy to complete but there was also a fairly lengthy check in at the storage unit too, but this was all explained in depth and i understood it all.

The staff, Daniel and Tori were brilliant, sooooo helpful, and got the best deal for me even when the one I had planned for wasn't enough. We needed a 20x20 room to start with and soon found that wasn't big enough, and with Daniel and Tori's help, we soon had the 40x40 room we needed. Easy as pie and they were really friendly and helpful.

From the point of enquiry the service was good simple and very useful. I went in and the staff were polite and helpful. The organisation made it easy to understand what you were being offered and I got exactly what I needed more importantly

Overall well services with calling to tell you the details and confirmation of your room, and i got emails about the storage room.
