We were impressed by the friendly and helpful staff and by the clean and bright building. Parking is adequate. On the negative side, there is no light in our store room and it is devoid of shelves and hooks which would enable us to make better use of the space. The lift (a large goods lift) appears to have no emergency call button and no emergency light, so we don't go in it; instead we put our trolley in the lift and then go up or down the stairs and call the lift from the other floor.

In overall it is good for everything- staff, location or room and cost of service. However, sometime the lift is not working. I pressed a button, but it did not come to me, so I have to use the stair.

The manager was very helpful and informed me of all I needed to know including a removal firm. He was polite and explained what I might need for my goods. As a result of this service I have decided to leave my goods there for another month as I have seen for myself how secure my goods are. I would definately recommend your company to my friends.

The best thing about this store is located in the center of Sheffield which makes it ideal to acess at any time.

The whole experience of getting set up with a storage facility was easy - staff helpful and attentive to needs.

Used Big Yellow when moving house as a temporary storage are for furniture etc. Very useful facility and staff were especially helpful throughout

Somewhere near the door is good, for access and to take a break. You spend longer than you think at the facility if your property needs sorting. The staff never rushed me close to closing time and I got away with the minimum fuss. Even for the small things it was worth it.

Big Yellow provides a very convenient and flexible service, suitable for short and long term storage with a good range of rooms available. I'd happily use the service again and would recommend it to anyone.

I am a student and wanted to leave some things in Sheffield in between house moves. The locker was a good size for the amount of things I wanted to store and I was able to gain access when I needed to. All in all it met my requirements.
