Knowledgeable staff who explained everything very clearly and in line with what I was expecting. They were professional in their discussion with me about insurance but accepted my strong assertion on the matter (in the end I got an endorsement on my insurance policy to cover my contents for £ zero, versus Big Yellow's chargeable insurance).
Hugh and Martyna were absolutely wonderful and I really appreciate their help. I couldn’t remember another man’s name but it was similar to Lisam or Nisal, something like that. He was also really helpful and they assisted us brilliantly! you really don’t find this great customer service around anymore, but these three definitely did the job! thank you so much
