Great customer care and facilities.

The reason I went with BYS is because the customer service was the best out of all the companies I contacted. They didn't hassle me to buy and had lots of patience. The team at Southend also were able to show me around and talk through the process.

Nothing was a problem everyone was helpful and willing to help.

Customer Service - was served by Samantha who was excellent in every way - absolutely perfect for a customer facing role. Samantha was sympathetic to my situation and did everything she could to help me. 5 stars all day.
