Friendly helpful staff all of them , nothing was too much trouble , everything was explained and physically shown , as well as doors lifts ect. Was even given glasses of water once we had loaded our unit, we were all very impressed with your staff well done

Storage areas, corridors and lifts were all clean and well lit. Nice map by lift in case I got lost! Staff courteous and helpful without being pushy. Booking in procedure straight forward .
