Absolute stars! From start to finish, and with all our uncertainty and last-minute changes in move dates, room sizes and even when my movers couldn’t get all the stuff in the room we’d picked, they were so helpful! There’s been two people in particular (don’t want to name them here as I didn’t ask their permission!) but they’ve been so supportive and helpful to my Mam and I! Highly recommend!

I’ve moved here from another provider in Staines after an increase of almost 100%. Overall great costumer service, straight forward contract signing procedure and easy access with the app. I’m really happy with the active listening skills of the advisors.

Having had a few experiences with self storage units, this one really scores high. Clean, efficient, easy to set up and manage. Most of all - the staff was very helpful polite and welcoming. Thank you Marcell for the help and for making it so easy.

Helpful to have another storage site on the same road with a defib is very nice. Very secure place with gated fence and lots of CCTV like fort Knox
