I’ve moved here from another provider in Staines after an increase of almost 100%. Overall great costumer service, straight forward contract signing procedure and easy access with the app. I’m really happy with the active listening skills of the advisors.

Helpful to have another storage site on the same road with a defib is very nice. Very secure place with gated fence and lots of CCTV like fort Knox

I had a great experience at Big Yellow Storage in Staines. I only needed a small 10 sq ft room to store my student belongings, and the process was incredibly smooth. Martell was the person who assisted me, and he was outstanding friendly, professional, and very patient. He explained everything clearly, helped me made sure i was happy with my unit, and understood how access and security worked. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to use, which gave me real peace of mind while moving my things. I highly recommend Big Yellow Storage Staines.
