The staff here are just lovely they're very kind and super helpful! I booked online and when I got there one of the staff said that the online system randomly allocates a room, and very kindly moved my booking to a room closer to the lift! I'm very glad that I chose Big Yellow of all the storage companies in the area, the customer service is excellent!
