The service provided Paul & Azmeena at Big Yellow Self Storage (Staples Corner branch) from the initial enquiry to locking the full unit has been exemplary. All steps were clearly explained. At reception, their colleague, Farah was there to iron out any minor administrative wrinkles. An efficient experience I could definitely recommend (I had tried another self-storage company also in the area but they didn’t even pick up the phone!).
