The service here is excellent. Paul attended to me; he was remarkably patient and meticulous. As it was my first time storing items I wasn't familiar with, he explained everything step by step with great clarity. He was exceptionally friendly and highly efficient!

Had a great experience here. They were easy to get hold of during the booking process and answered all of my questions. On check-in day Paul was excellent, letting my movers check the size of the unit first and making the check-in process really smooth.

Since I had never used self-storage before, I was a bit unsure about the process, but they took the time to explain every single step in detail.
